Hire Terms and Conditions.

Identification.

You will need to provide us with either a driving licence or passport for identification. In addition we will need to see a recent utility bill (Gas/Electric/Water) or other government or council documentation that shows your current address such as rate demand, council tax or HMRC document that clearly shows your address.

Deposit. We will require a deposit equal to 1 months radio hire for each hire. We are sorry that we have to do this, but unfortunately we don’t always get our equipment back.

You, the hirer are responsible for safely returning ALL of the equipment hired from us back to us, in the condition that you received it and by the time specified in the hire agreement. You must ensure any courier or other transportation or shipping service that you use will deliver on time and you are responsible for any and all damage in transit to us.

You, the hirer are responsible for any and all losses or damage to the equipment during the entire hire period, until the equipment is safely back at our premises. This includes but is not limited to any damage from drops, water (including rain), dust, dirt, miss-use, snapped antennas or belt clips. When you hire our equipment you agree to being charged for and paying for any necessary cleaning if radios are returned excessively dirty, any repairs if any item is damaged or like for like replacement of any item lost or damaged beyond repair. We highly recommend that you obtain suitable insurance to cover any such loss or damage.
